At this stage we evaluate needs and requirements of our clients to determine the required set of skills, business plans, work culture of the organization. Working as cohesive team with our clients we identify the required experience & other skills which are necessary for the Successful candidate. We select those candidates who fit well with the company’s plan.
This stage consists of several phases including preliminary interviews, short listing of candidates by our senior team members, referral checks if possible, sending the short listed resumes to the company, on mail, for their consent and final interview with the client company.
This stage consists of negotiation & offer, follow-up until the candidate joins and last but not the least to maintain an ongoing dialogue with both the candidate and the client company.
